When arriving at Brisbane Domestic/International Airport, simply catch the AIRTRAIN to the Gold Coast - Helensvale Station and we will meet you with your campervan. Contact 1300 733 975 or +61 7 5529 8841 when on the train.
GOLD COAST AIRPORT - this is a non-depot meeting location.
Our delivery/return location is behind the airport carpark at the Freedom Fuels Service Station. Exit the arrivals terminal, walk about 600 metres cross Eastern Ave at the traffic circle. Contact 1300 733 975 or +61 7 5529 8841 on arrival Note: See Hours of Operation. Charges may apply.
DEPOT LOCATION
By appointment only. 729 Tamborine-Oxenford Road, UPPER COOMERA, QLD 4209. We are situated just 8 minutes from the Gold Coast theme parks (WetnWild, Movie World, Dreamworld).
CAMPER VAN INSURANCE
All our campers have full comprehensive insurance. The insurance excess is determined by the age of the youngest driver, 21 to 24yrs $2500, 25+yrs $2000, our insurance does not cover drivers under 21yrs.
SECURITY BOND
The security bond is determined by the age of the youngest driver 21-24yrs $2500, 25+yrs $2000. The security bond is maintained by way of a pre-authorisation on your credit card, which means the amount does not change hands but is frozen till the end of your hire. The amount of the bond is blocked on your credit card for approx. 10 business days - and will then be released.

ACCIDENTS/DAMAGE TO CAMPER
In the event of a single vehicle accident or damage to the camper, the full security bond will be taken. After assessment of the damage and if the damage is less than the excess then the remainder will be refunded to you.
EXTRA DRIVERS
In accordance with insurance requirements, only drivers nominated on the hire agreement may operate the hire vehicle.
GAS
We do not charge for the use of gas for the stove. We endeavour to refill the gas bottle when it gets down to about 1/2 a kilo remaining. There may be on rare occasions that you run out of gas and you require more gas, it is then up to you to refill the gas bottle at your expense.
UNLIMITED KILOMETRES
All our campers have unlimited kilometres. NOTE: Please read the Terms & Conditions regarding road restrictions.
ROADSIDE ASSIST
All our campers have 24/7 roadside assist. In the event of a breakdown, roadside assist will organise for the camper to be towed to a repairer where the camper will be repaired. Roadside assist will bring fuel to you if you run out of fuel and change a tyre and the like. Some services like locking your keys in the vehicle may have a excess payment to be made usually around $70, this type of payment will be charged to you.
QUOTES
All our quotes are fully inclusive, there are no hidden charges, Quotes are based on your requirements and are calculated on a per calendar day basis irrespective of the time of delivery or return. All quotes are valid for 14 days from date of inquiry.
MINIMUM ALL INCLUSIVE TOTAL CAMPER HIRE
There are certain times when a minimum hire period applies. This is subject to confirmation when an inquiry is made. Currently, our minimum inclusive hire charge is $300.00.
HOURS OF OPERATION
As we are a family owned & operated business we can be contacted on 1300 733 975, Monday to Friday:8.00am and 5.00pm AEST.Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm AEST, Sunday by special arrangement only.Our delivery and return times of campers are between Monday to Friday 8.00am and 4.00pm AEST. Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm AEST. Pickup/returns of camper vans on Sundays, Public Holidays and outside these hours are by special request only and will attract additional charges.
CLOSED GOOD FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS DAY, NEW YEARS DAY
FUEL
All our Brisbane and Gold Coast campers use UNLEADED PETROL. It is required that you return the camper with the same amount of fuel that was in the camper at the time of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL CAMPERVANS ARE STRICTLY NON SMOKING
When returning the campervan please ensure that all rubbish/leftover food is removed, all equipment is packed up & returned to its original location (this includes the beds & curtains), the floors are swept and clean of mud.
